PSPA CD Folder Creator

PAPACD creates the PSPA Standard CD Folder  using  a text file of student information  and a folder of student  images,

Input Text file requirements

Senior     3 Fields are required separated by a comma(,)
    Lastname,FirstName,Imagename.jpg

Under Class     6 Fields are required separated by a comma(,)
Lastname,FirstName,Imagename.jpg,grade,homeroom,teachername

 



The PSPA CD Folder will contain the following data.

C:\  - or the drive that you specified.
    Yearbook  - The PSPA CD Folder (or the name that you selected)
        Index.txt – the file that contains information about the students
        Readme.txt – the file that contains information describing the CD and file structure
        Images – the image folder (Greyscale Images are stored as TIF)
                00000001.jpg the reformated (to PSPA standard for Seniors or Under Class) images serially numbered to match the                                         student records
